Last week I spent two nights a the Beartooth Fly Shop on the Upper Madison south of Ennis, Montana. This is the view from their back porch. 6 photos stitched together with Hug-In. Wow!

Thinking About Montana

Hardly a day goes by that I don't daydream about Montana and sitting on a porch at the ranch with my feet up on the railing, reading a book and looking at Contact Mountain at the horizon. The wind moves the branches of the pine tree across the roof and the smoke from the chimney gives the air a crisp smoky smell. I put the book down and my head peacefully nods as a fall asleep.
